Our client is a Public Relations and Communications Agency based in Lagos, Nigeria. They are currently looking to for a Finance Officer in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for book-keeping of all company related expenses and sales
Key Responsibilities
- Generating weekly KPI metrics for evaluating business performance
- Executing daily transactions i.e receipts, payments,
- For generating customer invoices based on orders booked by respective departments
- For maintaining the standard flow of information for all sales and expenses for the factory
- Responsible for filing any employee HR related requests
- Responsible for creating a purchase order for all raw material or expense requests
- Responsible for creating and distributing the receipts and invoices for all customer orders
- Perform any duty that may not be expressly captured in this JD but is commensurate to a role of this nature
Requirements
- HND or Bachelors in business administration, finance, accounting or related fields
- Knowledge of financial administration and basic accounting skills
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prepare, develop, edit and finalize high quality professional reports
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Very responsible, willing to learn and has integrity
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Knowledge of computers and various software application packages (e.g. Word, Excel, Access, Microsoft Project, e-mail, PowerPoint, Google Apps, etc.).
