We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets, foster customer retention, execute business development, implement sales, and advance brand building.
The ideal candidate for this position must have a positive attitude, a tireless work ethic and an insatiable appetite for growth.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing sales
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
B. Sc in Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ successful previous experience as a sales or marketing manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
