  • We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets, foster customer retention, execute business development, implement sales, and advance brand building.
  • The ideal candidate for this position must have a positive attitude, a tireless work ethic and an insatiable appetite for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing sales
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them

Requirements

  • B. Sc in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ successful previous experience as a sales or marketing manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
