Job Description


  • Carry the quarterly and annual BD target agreed with the Board.
  • Generate leads and esp. if possible to replace direct competitors.
  • Lead senior client meetings and all negotiations.
  • Responsibility for pricing of each project and getting approval from Director Commercial / Executive Committee.
  • Review all legal contracts and negotiate with client (legal team to support).
  • Ensure 100% adherence with BD policy and proper approval of exceptions, if any.
  • Keep an ear to the ground and collect high quality information on competitors.


  • Experience – Minimum 10 Years
  • Engineer/ B.Com; MBA preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Focused and goal-oriented.
  • Aggressive sales target achievement
