Job Description

Qualification: BA/BSc/HND

CLIENT: Miele Nigeria


Responsible for controlling the ambience of the showroom, creating a great customer experience and driving traffic to the showroom in line with the brand strategy.


  • Maintains the overall look and feel of the showroom in line with the Company’s brand requirements;
  • In charge of visual merchandising and ensures that products are strategically positioned to reflect Company’s brand strategy;
  • Ensures that the showroom is clean and tidy at all times;
  • Ensures the security guards are compliant with the dressing  requirements of the company for all weather;
  • Ensures security are properly positioned and stationed to welcome customers into the gallery;
  • Checks that the Chefs and Sous chefs are at their stations at all times.

Customer Service

  • Ensures guests and customers feel welcome – from the security post to the store;
  • Positioned to meet and greet customers once the doors open;
  • Offers beverage to customers once the tour of the gallery begins;
  • Takes customers on a tour of the gallery while trying to understand customer’s needs;
  • Delivers accurate product presentation to clients;
  • Conducts research on competitors to  develop new and creative ways of driving traffic to the gallery;
  • Provides expert information on products to enhance relationship with customers and increase loyalty;
  • Delivers excellent customer service and promotes a luxury brand experience;
  • Identifies potential customers and invite them for demonstration sessions – cooking class, laundry etc;
  • Identifies, analyses and resolves customer complaints and issues;
  • Captures customer data for all walk ins and manages client database;
  • Sends follow up email to customer within 24 hours of visit;
  • Sends out emails and newsletters regarding Company’s products and events to customers on database;
  • Event Management – Project Based
  • Handles all event briefs and ensures that projects are managed effectively;
  • Coordinates with Sales and Brand Manager in planning and coordinating events in the gallery;
  • Responsible for welcoming persons attending event and taking them on a tour of the gallery;
  • Ensures beverages are served to all attendees while touring the gallery;
  • Ensures that processes and procedures for events are strictly adhered to.

BSc in any field from a reputable university.
